Tea with…

The idea of “Coffee with…”, transformed for this particular interview into “Tea with…”, is to capture my encounter with an inspiring person as genuinely as possible and to emphasise our meeting as flesh and blood persons to fight the creeping domination of disincarnated relations of social media.

I had a cup of tea with Daniel in his new studio in Vienna, and he unveiled for me the secret of his artistic work. Daniel believes that if his painting does not go through a certain form of sacrifice throughout the creative process, it is not worthy. What exactly does he mean by sacrifice is the subject of our chat. You are welcome to listen to it!
